New hen added to flock. Now she isnt laying.

I have young chickens that havent started laying yet but are really close to starting. I was given a hen that was a year old already. When I first got her she laid for the first week. Then I started free ranging and she hasnt laid one since. Why isnt she laying? Does it have to do with the fact the others arent old enough to lay yet? Or that she doesnt want to due to the free ranging?


Please help!

Ive searched my yard and havent found any. lol That was my first thought though! So we went on an Easter egg hunt lol I think that I might not be putting out enough food for everyone... thats my only thing that I think Im lacking is keeping up with their TINY feeders. I will get a large hanging on with the next pay check.
