New Hen laid first 2 eggs and has stopped

Hi, everyone, I have a French Maran who laid her first 2 eggs a day apart and has completely stopped laying for over a week now. I have looked at her vent and it is not swollen or red and she seems to be acting fine. She does have a little poop (read about gleet) on her feathers. When I look at pictures online they seem to be extreme cases and hers is just dribbled down feathers not "pasty butt". (I also read to stop giving them treats which I stopped 4 days ago).

Thanks, I am a new hen mom and she is my favorite. I was ready to call the local Vet school for an appointment.

Probably not gleet if it looks like dried poop and there's just a bit of it. Some birds tend to have runnier poops, so you may need to trim their butt fluff to prevent poop from building up too much.

And new layers can be very sporadic with laying (2 in one day, none for a week) or have glitchy looking eggs, as their bodies adjust to being layers.
