New Hen Not Laying

Hi everyone! So I have acquired 3 hens recently and my purebred Americauna has not started laying yet. She is about 2, the same as one of the other hens who has been laying. Any ideas? Thanks!

Moving is pretty stressful for chickens, and some hens might not start laying for a few weeks. What are they eating? How much space do they have? Molting? She could be hiding a nest.

Not very important, but there is no breed called Americauna. I'm assuming you have an Easter Egger, which are often labeled as that. Fun chickens to have.

Completely normal for a hen to stop laying when moved to a new home. Chickens hate change and a brand new environment is definitely a huge change. Most take about a month to start laying again, however, it's just about molting season. You may not see an egg from her till spring is on the way.
