New hen won't come out

New EE is in the coop for three days now and I haven't seen her come out yet

We have the same problem...
It's probably from someone picking on her a lot, and she gets scared, and hides in the coop. Our Barred Rock, Tiny, does the same thing, because our other Barred Rock, Oreo, picks on her a lot because shes new.

Mine were pretty nervous about coming out. As long as she has food and water she should be okay until she gets ready to come out. If you are positive that she wants to come out but doesn’t know how to, you can put her near the chicken door or out on the ramp.

This sucks I don't keep food and water in the coop makes too much mess and waist

I will try that. Henry likes her he tried to mate with her the first day

The food and water are in the run just outside the door. I use flock raiser for food and two water spots in the run

If you go and make her leave the coop, does she immediately run back in? Do the other chickens attack her immediately?

If so you might need to give her her own space where the others can see her and communicate but not get to her, and where she has her own source of food and water. I've used a large fence cage/run for this purpose. Doing this can help ease a chicken into a new flock.
