I got a new sizzle silkie hen yesterday she is a year old and she will wobble her head from side to side. Is this normal or should I be worried about her?

Can you post a video of the wobble? (upload videos to youtube or similar platform, the provide us a link)

Hopefully your new hen is quarantined away from any existing flock(s) so you can observe her for any signs of illness. Look her over for lice/mites, check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight, inspect the feet for any signs of bumblefoot and just observe her overall health before she is introduced.

Once we can see what the wobble looks like, we may be able to give you better suggestions. It could be anything from adjusting the crop to a neurological condition.
Going to a new home is stressful, so I would also provide her with extra poultry vitamins like Poultry Nutri-Drench.

It's hard to tell if there's a problem or not. Chickens can shake their heads and have some odd movements at times.

I would check her for lice/mites, look in the ears for signs of infection/debris/mites and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
Since she is a year old, you may not know her complete "history". I would provide her with poultry vitamins for a few days along with treats of protein foods like egg, tuna or meat.
