New hens and no eggs!

I added 4 hens and a rooster about 3 weeks ago to my small flock of 2 silkies. The first two weeks I was getting eggs daily and now I'm getting none, not even from my silky that was laying daily. They are being fed laying pellets and have access to oyster shell and free range. I dont have any preditor problems the dog keeps everything away and the dog doesnt bother them. Does anyone have any idea why they would just stop laying?

A lot of things can affect a hens laying. Stress, broody, weather, illness, give them time to adjust. Certain breeds are not known as daily layers, bantams don't lay as well as certain breeds of standards.
