New Here, and Building a Coop

Pics
I think I've got all the windows and doors secure, except for the two triangular ones.
They're going to open to the inside, but first I need some Hardware fabric installed.
Hmm they're going to open inward? Usually they open outward in order to provide some protection against rain blowing in. Do you get primary wind/rain from those directions (wherever the 2 triangles face?)

I agree, the windows should open out and up, no matter which way the wind is blowing.

Yeah maybe I'll rethink that , that was because the trim has already been placed but I'll remove it and renegotiate. Technically the weather usually comes in right at the front of the coop, that was my original thinking but, y'all are probably right. That's why I'm here.

I've gotten one of the triangular doors installed, unfortunately due to the placement of the chicken run itself, this one must open inward.
I have a stop so it only opens to a certain point enough to allow ventilation but small enough so that a chicken doesn't think it's a place to roost.
A cable pull to close it and secure it with a locking carabiner, closed cell foam provides a good seal when closed.
The other one will open outward as suggested.

Yeah I figured the run placement might get in the way of installing one of them... if water intrusion becomes an issue, maybe consider an awning or something over that, to help guide rain away and minimize the issue.

Yes that was my reason for probably thinking about doing both the same but I think after hearing people's comments the other one will be mounted on the outside like all the other doors.

I am also contemplating some form of small gutters to collect rainwater similar to what I have done around the house, and the greenhouse.

If anyone has any health concerns on that aspect, please advise, I can always water the chickens with well water if need be.

More photos to come, along with plenty of questions I guess!
