Yes, it's still possible to ship eggs, day-old chicks, and older chickens.

They sell lots of day-old chicks, but they have a "juvenile birds" section with pullets at 4 weeks and pullets almost at point-of-lay, and they also sell hatching eggs.
If a big company is doing it, I figure it must be allowed
I've seen Ebay being used for eggs for hatching (but they don't allow chicks or adult birds.)
I don't personally know what other auction sites may have poultry now.
