Hi and ! Glad you joined the BYC community!

If you're interested in probiotics for your fowl, you could always do fermented feed, as @SueT suggested. I'm a big fermenter (for humans and animals), and I feed my chicks and ducklings FF and put a splash of raw vinegar in their water periodically.

If you need ideas for how to use extra sourdough starter, I have some of those, too...
