NEW HERE, looking for COOP inspo

So yeah what she's saying is like 35 sqft is enough run space for 3.5 chickens. Please don't get 3.5 chickens. Unless they have bantams!?? 🤔 I digress. Yes, extra ventilation and fortification will be essential to making a coop like that work, too. Don't be afraid to cut holes, and then cover with 1/2" hardware cloth.
Oh I must have misunderstood. I plan on getting 3 right now.

so our Air 49 has arrived, we added waterproofing fence /patio wood sealant over it, caulked the seams with silicone, and have a silicone waterproofing application for the roof. We took out the pvc from the top windows on both sides and replaced with hardware cloth. My husband added a roost bar above the nesting boxes that is 2x4 with robbed edges bc the ones inside were next to /below nesting boxes. (Do I leave them inside also?) Today we will attempt to create a framed window with plexiglass, this way we can use it for additional ventilation. Do you think we need to add a roof panel overhead on the roof to protect water from getting into the windows when they are open? Would plexiglass as an overhang work? We also want to add an automatic door.
