New to chickens, got 3 dozen on 3/5/18.

6 Rhode Island Red,
4 barred rock,
2 white leghorn,
4 production red,
4 buff orfington,
4 Black sexlink,
4 silver laced Wyandotte,
2 ameracauna,
4 cuckoo maran,
2 rare mixed breed

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Farming with my husband

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Married the love of my life November 2017. I have a shih tzu named Kennedy. I am a full time accountant and a farmers wife. We have cows and chickens on our farm and will soon be adding pigs.

It's definitely better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have it.

Also, make sure your coop(s) have a proper amount of VENTILATION. (https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...-there-and-cut-more-holes-in-your-coop.47774/) Your chickens will absolutely thank you for it!
