I try to check them for pasty butt every day or so. A few of them had some in the beginning, but that has almost stopped completely since I started adding ice cubes to their fresh water. Cute! Make sure your temp isn't too high in the brooder, this can lead to pasty butt.
 
My wife was playing with the girls today... They like her more for some reason.
