8 weeks is too young to be with adult birds. She could get injured or killed. She should be at least 3 months old before mixing her in. 1 bird can be difficult to integrate but it can be done. During the day, keep her in a large cage or other enclosure so everybody can see but not touch her. Keep her like this for the next month. Then when you do mix her, put out more food and water stations so she doesn't have to compete. It takes a few months for birds to become fully integrated. Good luck with her and welcome aboard!
