Welcome to BYC I'm a little new to this but here is what people told me
try to collect eggs daily so that your hens don't get broody
make sure your hens have enough calcium
clean out the nesting boxes regularly
good luck! my chicks are still too small to lay any eggs only 14 more weeks till they should start
