Hi everyone! My husband and I are well on our way to having the farm we never knew we wanted! Both of us grew up around animals but we are still learning all the time! As of right now we have 12 adult sheep, and 6 lambs, 8 ducks, 4 hens, 4 drakes, around 18 chickens, 3 turkeys, 2 dogs and 5 cats!

Just recently one of our young chicken hens we raised from chicks started setting, but having no rooster at the time I gave her duck eggs instead. We got 4 ducklings the first time around, then gave her 6 more eggs, 4 hatched yesterday, 3 survived! I am almost certain they are all Cayuga/Rouen mixes.
