Mallard derived breeds take 28 days. Muscovy take 32. Have you candled the eggs?

i candled them once.... but it was probally day 5. but they always are laying new eggs. so i cant tell, but i will canndle them tonight!!!

You need to mark the eggs you want to hatch and collect the rest. If you let her sit on all the eggs you'll end up with a very staggered hatch. Once a few of the babies have hatched she'll prioritize them over the unhatched eggs and will abandon the nest.

Only if they are mallard or mallard derived breeds.

wont she wander off with the duck and leave the eggs behind?

She very well may unless you remove the duckling.

Good luck. Staggered hatches can be disastrous.
