New house

My wife and I started on Sunday morning and finished around 9pm on Monday night. We Bought 5 chicks this year so we are newbies. We converted our storage shed into the coop and I fenced in roughly 18' x 15' with chicken wire around the sides, 2' deep around the base into the ground and enclosed the entire top. So it's basically like Fort Knox. The chicks are loving their new enclosure, but haven't ventured out so much into the run. They love running and jumping around in the coop. Below is a picture of their new home. We still have more finishing work, but for now it's up and running.

Thanks, I'll try and get some shots of the inside tonight. My wife wants to put some small vinyl windows in the front to dress it up a bit. We also still have to insulate it for winter. Any tips, advice or ideas are appreciated.
