can you keep them inside until they have their full feathering?
They will be staying with their momma hen until they have their full feathers. There’s 3 hens and a rooster. I have between a month to 2 months before the really cold weather sets in though it will be in the 30’s at night even before then.
Can I let them roam in the greenhouse during the winter? Or is that just not going to work?

I would keep the broody hen and her chicks with the rest of the flock wherever that flock spends their time. She will nest with them on the floor in a corner of the coop at night.

Just make sure the entire flock is being fed a good quality all flock type of food with oyster shell on the side for any active layers. You can feed this way for the rest of their lives. It is the best way when you have a mixed flock and for various times of the year when not all hens need the extra calcium that is in layer feed.

If they are with a broody hen that hatched them, she will kick them to the curb when she thinks they don't need her anymore.
