New in New Mexico, USA

This is the first year of my backyard chickens, I grew up having chickens so things haven’t changed to much. I have a small flock of 6 and have had them from hatchlings which I got in May, 2025. I have 1 White Leghorn, 2 Black Sexist, 2 Rhode Islands and 1 that has Lavendar in its name,sorry don’t recall the whole name of the chick. I love to sit and watch my babies in the afternoon to see how much they change day by day, I think its good therapy to unwind that way. I have a fur baby that loves to help take care of the winged babies and also likes to unwind by watching them with me in the afternoon. I found BYC on the web while searching info on chickens. I like how detailed the answers are, along with the pics.
