New in PA

Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself. My husband and I have talked for years about getting chickens and always found a reason to put it off. Two weeks ago he showed up with 3 chicks and I told him to head back to the farm and get 6 more! We now found our family the proud 9 chicks (with 10 meat chickens coming at the end of May). I am loving the chicks and find them so entertaining. I never knew chickens had such personality! We're in the process of ordering a shed that we're going to modify into our coop and I'm having so much fun. My husband laughs at how chicken obsessed I've become I'm so glad I found BYC! It seems like a great place to gain knowledge and have lots of positive fun.
