(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We got six easter egg chickens about a month ago. The ladies are rapidly outgrowing their brooder and I'm looking forward to nicer weather so they can go outside!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
6, I suspect one is a male though, so that will reduce our numbers.

I love to read, play games and walk.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My husband and I have three children, the oldest being 6 and the youngest 1, so they keep me pretty busy. We just moved from the burbs to an 8 acre property in the middle of nowhere so next on the list of animals is a good outdoor cat and hopefully a dog. I used to be a teacher and now I'm trying to find a good, legal, work from home job so I can actually earn some money while not paying through the nose for childcare!
