Glad to see so many on here, we get below freezing tonight. If your babies are fully feathered they will be fine, just keep them dry. damp moisture is the worst. i feel snow coming anytime!

I also have "youngens" in the coop. 6 Buff Orpingtons, 9 weeks. They aren't too keen on going outside in this cold. Hate to see how they do in snow! Any ikdeas on how to coax them into the run?

Wondering if the chicken keeper down the road is on here, saw some pumpkins in your little run as I was running to thriftway. If your in New Salisbury, on highway 64 we are about 4 houses apart. My roo has been having a crowing competition with yours though I have not heard yours in awhile been speculating you gave him away.

Hello all!

I live in Southwestern Indiana and I currently have the following that I would like to sell:
2 Barred Rock Roosters
1 Rouen Drake
1 Khaki Drake
1 Pekin Drake

I bought a bunch of birds at Rural King in the spring and it seems I picked a bunch of boys. They are all 2012. I plan on trying to find more ducks (I LOVE duck eggs) in the Spring once their coop is finished. I will be looking for year old ducks not ducklings, so if you will have ducks (no drakes) or are interested in any of the above listed birds please let me know. Also, I am looking for a female Royal Palm Turkey. My tom is about 4 years old and lonely.
