~6mo guinea hen grumbly wheezy respiration. Spot of feathers on her back is disheveled. She stopped laying eggs. Left elbow or knee is super duper swollen with an entry point. See photo.

Lance it and clean it, then what? I can separate her to a dog crate, with or without a friend (who has limited mobility and will not pick on her). How often do I repeat cleaning and flushing?

Corid/amorolium used to come in a liquid, then for awhile I could only find it in foil packets, now I can’t buy it at all in my state (California) so I don’t know what options are available at your tractor supply.
If it says amprolium it will work, another anti-coccidiastat is toltrazuril which works on amprolium resistant coccidia.

The bigger question is wether you need it at all. Respriartory problems can come from bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycoplasmas, or sometimes just allergies, though the last is doubtful.
I know from my own expierience that it can be impossible to tell what it is and how to treat it without testing, and treating blindly can just create more problems. So if you can get to a vet that would be the best option to get to the root of the problem, if not I understand, I’m in this situation too.

Corid is pretty safe so there’s no worry giving them corid even if it isn’t the issue though, it’s a good place to start at least, just don’t give any supplements with b vitamins while treating with it because it makes the corid pointless and make sure all water they have access to has corid.
