Hiya, and welcome to BYC!!

The most "high-tech" thing we have is a digital thermostat/humidity-controlled exhaust fan. It has an app on our phones so if the weather suddenly changes and we know it would be running, we can shut it off, or when we're cleaning the coop, we can turn it on.

We got it on Amazon and put it in the smaller of two windows we have in the coop.
