We have six 9-week old pullets who hve been together for a while... how soon can we introduce 2 additional 1-week old chicks?
Right now they are separated....The li'l ones are in a box with heat separate food and water, while the older ones come and go in the coop and run when they want....should we be worried about the little ones fitting in when they are big enough to let out of the box?

Well, I would wait until the chicks are at least 2 months. Until then, try to get a very heavily netted bottomless cage, and put the chicks in the chickens' yard. Try to make them familiar with each other before the big day.
