New lamb born. He is having some Wheezing problems. Help

I had a new lamb born this morning. He seems to be wheezing and it almost sounds like a kitten purring every once in a while. I asked a fellow sheep breeder and he said that it may be where the lamb got some milk in his lungs. Do any of you have opinions on what this may be???
Do you have any remedies
