So these eggs are from my current 3 layers.
L to R: Golden Sexlink, EE, Black Australorp.

Today I found a "slightly" different egg that could be the Australorp, but the shape a little heavier at the bottom and the shell is smoother than her typical which leads me to believe it might be one of our 22-23 week pullets:

It's the one to the far Right in this pic compared to 2 other BA eggs.

So 2 questions:

Do you think this is from a new layer?

And who is the likely Culpret?

1) Barred Rock- no official squatting observed (hoping its her despite the Squatting)

2) Mystery Chick- Squatting noted 2 days ago (was hoping for a more interesting egg from her)

3) Black Copper Marans - Some Squatting 1-2 days ago (hopefully not!!)

Are they all pullet eggs or are they all larger eggs?

If they are all large eggs then I don't think you have a new layer just yet.

My other Chickens are 2 years old. The sex link and EE eggs are typically jumbo and X-L respectively. The Australorp usually lays a medium egg. This is in the medium weight range.
