Well I think one of my young hens has finally started laying. There was an egg that kind of looked like a jelly bean with a hard white tail. The shell was really thin. I tried to get a picture but my camera died, so this afternoon I can take pictures of this interesting egg.
 
Be sure to put out oyster shell or give her extra calcium

She is on layer feed, has calcium and grit all the time, once a week they all get fresh oatmeal mixed with milk. The egg actually deflated today, i guess it was only egg shaped because it was frozen!
