So I know that when they first start laying they are not very regular. And that when the weather gets cooler/winter sets they slow down production too.

If I have girls that just started laying, what should I expect for the cooler weather? Will it just vary from chick to chick? My girls are just over 20 weeks and I have 2 out of 5 laying.

Mine mostly are pretty regular once they get started. You will probably find they will lay very well this winter, but next fall they will go into a molt and won't lay much for you next winter.

Crossing fingers hoping this to hold true. It would be nice to have eggs all through the winter! LOL. (For both of us!)

I am hoping that is how it will be! *fingers* crossed!
Now if my other 3 would start laying.....
