In that link I gave you there are video's to see how it's done. You would think by adding water they would be wet, nope there not its amazing!

Yes I used the pine pullets and the dust ended up being the same in the house. They bathe in them like a sand bath, BUT they are much better for odor control!

I just looked at Cackle website and it says a 15 chick min. How did you get just 5?
I would like to order just 5 EE's.........chicken math ya know LOL but NOT til last ship date in Sept.. its way too hot here to get more chicks. I have 7 7 wk old right now and keeping them cool is wearing me down, Im always tending , watering, moving, put out ice and on and on it goes all day long.....
