We will normally feed our CXs an 18% broiler mix and raise them out to about 8 weeks. After about 3 weeks we limit feed to what they can eat in 45 minutes and give it to them morning and evening to manage their weight gain. We move them to fresh grass daily and sometimes twice a day. If you'd like to watch a video on how to process them, I would be happy to provide a link. You will be amazed at how much better they taste than what you get in the store.
