New Mama

So my missing hen came back last week with 13 lovely fluffy sweet new additions. This is new to me as I was gifted 11 full grown chickens. Mama and babies are in a seperate nursery, the fencing is spaced so she and they can watch..hear and talk to the rest of the flock but no one can get out or in. How can I tell 1st..how old they may be.. 2nd..which is male or female..3rdly..when do I intergrate them and how. BYC has been my go to for all things chicken and I know you wont let me down this time either

There's many forums on here with really good integration methods, you can for sure sex them when they're a few months old, and if you post a picture of them we can help you guess age : )

Northwest_Wannabe.. Thank you I was also guessing maybe 9 days or so. On a few of the golden coloured ones I can see some tail feathers starting to emerge. And on some very sound advice I will keep them where they are til they reach around 6 weeks. Again thank you

If she's being a good broody mama you can let them all together and she should protect them. Congrats btw
