1. Started our brood or Flock 1 on. March 3, 2017
2. We currently have 9 birds 5 hens and 4 roosters. 7 ducks 3 drakes and 4 hens
3. We have Silver Laced Wyandotte, Sexlinc, Black Star, Red Leghorns. 2 Khaki Campbell drakes, new as of two days ago 4 hens and 1 drake are 2 Mallard-Arcana hens, and 2 hens and 1 drake of cross Arcana Huntington Runner duck. On July 14th a predictor bird dropped a chick into our garden, only injury a few broken back feathers, today we identified it as a Sebring, tiny thing, we advertised but no response so we're raising it as our own.
4. Researching generic chicken and duck questions.
5. Hobbies. Etc: scrapbooking, making greeting cards, baking, jams and preserves, helping my husband on our hobby farm with my flocks, veggie garden, fruit trees, and landscape. We're new to our home moved onto 5 acres Sept. 2016.
6. Married 30 yrs, we have a cat Sadin for 12 yrs now. My husband is retired Concrete Maintenence Supervisor. I'm currently looking for a Pharmacy Technician job. We are Grandparents of a 2yr 9mo old Grandson and a 3mo old Grandaughter. We both are avid readers.
