new member and need advice please

hi all, new here and to chicken keeping ,one of our 17 week chickens is very vocal in the morning starting to think its a cock , and help gratefully received . it the black one in picture , also any ideas of what breed they are ?

The black chicken is definitely a rooster, and may be a Black Copper Marans (or BCM mix). The buff bird in back is a pullet, and she is probably some sort of gamebird.
