Hi everyone! I just joined the flock after getting A LOT out of this forum! I have chicks for the first time and they moved into their coop about two weeks ago, from our shower stall brooder! They spend all day outside now in their enclosed run! I got 5 chicks thinking some wouldnt make it but still have 5 adorable babies who now have full sets of feathers!! So.. its that time for a sex test! The flock is about 6 weeks and here are my two suspected roos. Breed Lavender Orpington! Im hoping the one with the paler comb is a hen but thought id get the advice of YOU! Its time, for guess the sex, lavender orp style! Thanks so much everyone! You have helped me so much to know when to move into the coop when to let be outside and for how long! Winter is coming!!
