If you are concerned it may be something parasitic, contact any local vet to have a fecal float test performed - they do not need to be an avian specialist for this and it should be relatively inexpensive. Then, you can rule out worms\bacteria or get an appropriate medication started.
Have you noticed any differences in her behavior or does she have different habits compared to the other hens - particularly around food preferences.

Sorry about your hens issues, agree that fecal test would help eliminate if it's parasites. Best of luck with your girl!
