I've done everything and it's getting better I put the anti peck ointment on his but after I clean him and that keeps it from sticking as bad I just check him once a day now . It was funny the first time I put the ointment on him and the mean hens came over and pecked his but and got the ointment on there beaks they were beating there heads against the wall trying to get it off lol . They don't mess with him no more!
