New Member/Familiar Lurker

Hello! Since getting chickens, I have found these forums very helpful and decided to join. My mom has wanted to get chickens since I was very young, and we finally got some this May! We have six beautiful 7.5 week old birds of different breeds. One Silver Laced Wyandotte (Odette Chimneysweep), one Red Laced Blue Wyandotte (Willy), one Welbar(Nellie), a brown Americauna(Dave), a Lavender Orpington (spork), and a Black Copper Maran (Sally). They are on the verge of living fully outdoors this week! I also have a Brittany dog and a black rescue mutt. It feels good to be an official member!
