WELCOME FELLOW CLEVELANDER!!! I am from Cleveland also but have moved south of Lodi in wayne county. I moved from there almost 9 years ago and lived off of fleet avenue all my life 45 now. Bought a 6 acre farmette and read all i could about chickens and the such before thinking about moving here. When we came to this place to look it over, i noted it had a acre pond, a shooting range, and 14 hens and a rooster. well the short of the tale goes as followed... we told the couple who lived here that they could take their riding lawn mower but had to leave the chickens and the hockey poster that hung in the beach house by the pond. they agreed but 3 days before we took the keys to the house, a coon killed the rooster. well after that , i bought 200 straight run and it has been never the same here. just letting you know now, YOU WILL BE HOOKED ON THE CHOOK!!!!
