Thanks everyone for the welcomes and bbossltd, it is great. I still work in cleveland so i wont forget about that crazy city. The question i have for you is do you live in the city or in a suburb?
I see that you had posted about if you should have an enclosed roof for the coop. I would say yes. Secure the chickens so no other animals can get to them. I have even read that people has been known to steal others chickens and living in Cleveland, I would keep them locked up at night and keep a eye during the day. I am not sure if you had said where you ordered you chicks from but I can help with a hatchery not far from Cleveland and it would take about an hour to get there. I will be ordering in March from there and if you are ordering the same breeds, we could get them a little cheaper. It's up to you.

Oh no I meant putting a roof over the run, it will be covered with welded wire. We have way to many racoons, possums, skunks and neighbors cats, to leave open. And thanks for the offer, I already ordered my chicks from Myers.
