New member from Ft Worth

I'm new to BYC but not new to raising chickens. I have had backyard chickens for about 4 years but in August I lost one to unknown reasons, then another to a possom and then in Oct. lost the other 2 to a dog. I almost decided not to get anymore but have used it as an opportunity to revamp my chicken house and yard and look forward to purchasing 4 more this spring. I live 5 min from downtown Ft Worth and am proud of my backyard farm. I look forward to gaining some great ideas and advice from others who enjoy backyard chickens as much as I do.
