Hey TurkeryGirl, do you raise turkey? I have wild turkeys in my yard frequently. I would love to try a turkey egg, how often do turkeys lay eggs?

I do raise turkeys, my hen has laid her first eggs and we are incubating them. We tried one of her eggs and it had a lot of white but the egg was very good with some cheese.
