Hello! I have had chickens since I was in High School many years ago. Love them! I just got a new batch of chicks about 6 weeks ago. I think there are 3 roos in there in which I will have to re-home. They are frizzles! I did not order frizzles but came in a mixed batch of colored egg layers.

This is one a couple of weeks ago, he now has a larger red comb. Not sure what kind of chick he is.

Hi, that's a cute chick. It does resemble frizzle silkies, but they don't have combs like that. Unless it's a hatchery quality silkie. Maybe someone else knows better though. You can also get opinions in our What Breed or Gender forum.
