You need to use either screws with fender washers or 3/4" poultry staples to secure the 1/2" HC. Pneumatic staples are nowhere near strong enough.

I agree with @janiedoe that more ventilation is in order.

I'd like to also suggest you get some clutter and organic substrate into the run. You can install large branches for perching in the corners, stumps of varying diameters and heights for hanging out on (they double nicely as feed stations), old wood chairs/stools, pallets leaning against the wall. The more things to hide behind, dig around it and perch on, the better.
