Welcome Donnie! Consider roofing part of the run for rainy, snowy mucky times of the year. An 8x8 coop is about right for 15 birds. Be sure there will be enough roost space within the A-frame. I highly recommend installing a poop board, will be able to more easily keep coop cleaner and fresher smelling combined with deep litter in coop.
