Hi,
I decided to join because I'm a very new chicken owner and don't have a clue what I'm doing. We're already infested with the Northern fowl mite and I'm trying to get new ideas for a new roost and droppings board because we are spending way too much money in shavings. We have 30 chickens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using diatomacious earth?

Once a week I would spray the roosts and then I'd start putting vaseline (I've also heard that hairspray works) on their legs every other night.
