New member from Oklahoma

Just started with chickens. Received 24 cornish cross on March 31st and 9 RIR on April 12. Added 2 Whiting Blues, 1 Wellsummer and 1 copper maran a few days later. Anyone else.out there from Oklahoma? I read that cornish cross do not tolerate heat well. Any advise?

If your birds hatched and grow up in the heat they should tolerate it just fine.

The Cornish X don't need to tolerate the heat well. They will need to be processed mid to late May.
