Would you still give them scratch? I think that was their sole diet. They are having a hard time with the feeder, they just want to eat from the ground. Lol. I am a bit concerned about Littlr Mama...she appears to have something wrong with her wings too. She cannot climb the ramp to get back in the coop, we had to put her in last night Not sure what to do.

from Alabama. Glad you joined us. My silkies have always been fed the same as the other chickens. As for scratch, ours only get it as a treat and none at all during the really hot months. You might want to post about Little Mama in the Emergencies/Diseases/Injuries and Cures section. Good luck
