I have baby chicks Rhode island reds one of my chicks lost its hair on the chest should I worry like 3 weeks old?

Thank you for joining us at Backyard chickens. Have you noticed other chicks plucking his feathers out, or maybe he does it himself? Have you checked him for any skin problem there or mites or lice?
