My name is Sylvia and I first got chickens 6 years. I have 13 laying hens and 6 that should start laying in October (raised them from babies this year). I have Americanas, but am thinking I'd like to change and get a different kind just for something new. I love the colors of the Americanas and how pretty they are. They have been great egg layers.

My other hobbies are gardening and walking with my dogs. I have 4 dogs, 2 large and 2 small.
